How I Lost Weight Without Meds
I use to live in Nogales Arizona but my business was and still is in Yuma Arizona. I had to drive a five hour trip just to get from point A to point B. After arriving to my destiny my day would start by installing auto glass, since thats what I do for a living. Did my job for eight or nine hours non stop and when you're 5'9 and weigh 245 pounds, well I felt like my body wanted to talk to me by giving a heart beat acceleration along with that a panic attack, so I got in my van, oh by the way I was alone at home, got in my van drove to cousins house and calling my wife at the same time got to my cousins house and he took me the neerest fire department, paramedics drove me to the hospital wich is a thirty minute drive and it all turned to be an ancxiety attack. It was time for me to slow down. OK, so time for a diet, never liked pills for dieting and started trying something else different for me. Are you the type of person that hates taking pills to lose wight?
Well let me share my experience with you. It took me approximately four months to reach my goal. My goal was and is to lose enough weight so I can perform my work duty to the fullest. A simple method has been to be checking what I eat.
*For breakfast, I start with six table spoons of whole flakes of oatmeal.
*For lunch, I have a foot-long Subway (depending if I am going to have a physically busy day).
*For dinner, I know it's very harsh but this is what has brought my down quick, all I have is a cup of coffee.
And that's it! That simple.
But let me tell you, the first month it was very difficult and at times I wanted to quit.
